Meet the Founder
Alicia is a real estate attorney based in Massachusetts and principal consultant at Promised Landmarks. Driven by her passion for sacred places and sacred architecture, Alicia founded Promised Landmarks to help faith-based organizations and wellness practitioners navigate the complex world of property stewardship.
After years of engaging with faith leaders and wellness practitioners, Alicia recognized they were navigating real estate decisions without consistent expert support, and knew she could help.
Sacred spaces, such as the spaces her clients own, manage and share, carry a weight and community significance that standard commercial real estate doesn't. A church deciding what to do with an underused wing, a religious nonprofit signing its first lease, a practitioner opening a spa — these are decisions about stewardship as much as square footage.
Promised Landmarks exists to make sure our clients have someone in their corner who understands both the legal terrain and real estate dedicated in part to the community.
